The story of A-1 Home Care begins with a journey of love, dedication, and a commitment to ensuring that loved ones receive the care they truly deserve.

Our founder, Jason, and his wife, Erica, met while they were university students in the UK. They quickly fell in love, married, and spent more than 30 wonderful years together, building a life full of shared dreams and happiness. They chose not to have children, but their relationship was filled with love, laughter, and a deep bond of support for one another.

In their mid-30s, Erica was diagnosed with Multiple sclerosis, a rare, progressive disease that slowly robbed her of the ability to care for herself. As her health declined, Jason became her primary caregiver, dedicated to providing the best care he could. 

However, as time went on, he realized how difficult it was to manage the growing needs of someone with a condition like Erica’s, and how important it was to find the right kind of professional, compassionate care.

This realization led to the founding of A-1 Home Care. Jason's goal was simple: to create a company that would provide personalized, high-quality home care—care that he would have wanted for his own wife.

He wanted families facing similar challenges to know that there was a reliable, compassionate option to ensure their loved ones could live with dignity, comfort, and the best possible care, all within the familiarity and security of their own home.

Today, A-1 Home Care continues to operate with the same values that inspired its founding: compassion, respect, and dedication. Our team understands the emotional and physical challenges of caregiving, and we are here to support you in providing the highest level of care for your loved ones.
